Shipping & Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted or compliance defects must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received by the retailer. Quality defects from a consumer must be returned within 1 week of purchase date with proof of purchase. Return shipments to FA Distro will be at the customer’s expense unless we determine that the claim is valid. If your package is damaged, please see our Shipping Policy as damages upon delivery must be communicated within 24hrs of receiving your shipment.

If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report by email to support@fanadistro.com

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be communicated to Flavour Art no later than 1 week after the estimated delivery date. A reshipment will be arranged should FA Distro deem that your package has been lost in transit

Wrong Address – If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed and updated your address.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Returns: All Sales are Final. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
